Description
Quentin Tarantino Shooter Knob for Pulp Fiction Pinball – The Director Takes Control
Add an unmistakable cinematic reference to your machine with this
Quentin Tarantino Shooter Knob for Pulp Fiction Pinball.
Featuring the head of the famous director with his brown hair,
black glasses
and instantly recognizable expression,
this Shooter Knob transforms the front of the pinball machine into a genuine extension of the film’s universe.
Pulp Fiction is inseparable from the style,
dialogue
and quirky universe of Quentin Tarantino.
So it seemed almost logical to give him a small place directly on the machine…
and if we had to choose,
we might as well put him in charge of launching the ball.
After all,
putting Tarantino in control of a Pulp Fiction machine seems fairly reasonable.
Much more reasonable, at least, than putting him in charge of cleaning the back seat of a car.
Designed for Pulp Fiction Pinball
This Shooter Knob was specially designed to complement the
Pulp Fiction pinball machine
and reinforce its cinematic identity.
The character adds another reference to the film’s director
without altering the overall aesthetic of the machine.
Once installed,
the Shooter Knob becomes a genuine little easter egg visible as soon as you approach the pinball machine.
It works particularly well alongside other decorative elements inspired by the film
and extends the Pulp Fiction universe all the way to the front of the cabinet.
A portrait entirely sculpted in 3D
The Tarantino Shooter Knob
features the director’s head entirely sculpted in three dimensions.
The face,
nose,
ears,
hairstyle
and glasses are sculpted to create an instantly recognizable portrait.
The hair features numerous raised details and different shades of brown,
while the black glasses create a strong contrast with the face.
The shading also highlights the facial features and gives the sculpture greater depth.
Under the gameroom lighting,
the different volumes naturally stand out
and transform the Shooter Knob into a genuine little figurine integrated into the machine.
Handcrafted and hand-painted
Each Quentin Tarantino Shooter Knob
is made to order and then individually hand-painted.
Special attention is given to the different shades of the face,
the hair,
eyebrows
and glasses in order to highlight the numerous raised details of the sculpture.
The shading and certain small details are also individually created.
Slight variations may therefore occur from one piece to another,
which contributes to the handcrafted nature of each piece.
So no two takes are exactly the same.
Tarantino would probably approve of the concept.
A decorative yet fully functional Shooter Knob
Despite its level of detail,
this mod remains above all a
fully functional pinball Shooter Knob.
Its shape provides a comfortable grip
and preserves the normal operation of the launching mechanism.
You can therefore grab the Shooter Knob,
pull the rod
and send the ball onto the playfield
while adding a genuine reference to the director of Pulp Fiction.
