Welcome to the world of Pinball Custom, a small French company where the passion for pinball and the love of craftsmanship come together.
Behind every creation, there isn’t a faceless team, but a complementary duo: Johan and Charlotte, two enthusiasts who design, paint, and craft each piece with care and precision.
For us, everything begins with an idea. Johan imagines the visuals, works on the graphics, and creates exclusive designs to enhance every machine. The 2D prints are then produced by our trusted printing partners, chosen for their quality and color fidelity. Meanwhile, Charlotte takes care of the entire 3D process in our workshop: modeling, printing, preparation, and hand painting.
Together, we bring to life creations that combine aesthetics, precision, and authenticity, while respecting the original spirit of legendary pinball machines.
Our shop offers a wide selection of high-quality accessories to personalize, maintain, and enhance your favorite pinball: side arts, cabinet decals, fire buttons, magnetic door plates, Insider Connected covers, protection mats, decorative mods and hand-painted 3D shooter knobs, among many others.
Each piece that leaves our workshop is the result of true craftsmanship, where graphic design meets sculpture, painting, and the passion for the game. We do everything ourselves, in small series, to ensure an authentic, original, and durable result.
Pinball Custom is a story of family, creativity, and shared passion, an adventure born from the desire to give each pinball machine a unique character, a soul, and a touch of the magic that made us fall in love with these machines.
JOHAN
From the very beginning, Johan has had an eye for visuals and detail. After studying communication, he naturally moved into graphic arts and founded his own agency. For years, he created identities, visuals, and worlds for others. One day, an old passion resurfaced: pinball, that childhood game made of light, metal, and adrenaline.
The spark that joined design and pinball
This turning point changed everything. Johan decided to unite his two worlds: design and pinball. He began imagining custom accessories, rethinking classic visuals, and bringing new creations to life, where every color, texture, and reflection tells a story.
Birth of Pinball Custom
This is how Pinball Custom was born, an adventure blending creativity, precision, and nostalgia. Today, Johan designs unique pieces for enthusiasts around the world, conceived as true works of art, to restore the original magic of pinball machines and much more.

CHARLOTTE
After earning a degree in art, Charlotte turned to aesthetics and makeup, fields where she could express her creativity through precision and attention to detail. For eleven years, she ran her own beauty salon, developing true manual and artistic expertise.
From beauty to creative craftsmanship
In 2025, she decided to join her husband Johan in the Pinball Custom adventure, reconnecting with her first loves: art and creation. Today, she applies her meticulousness and patience to designing 3D pinball accessories, from digital modeling to detailed hand painting.
A blend of artistry and passion
Every piece she creates is the result of passionate work, balancing technique and artistic sensitivity, where each color and finish enhances the most iconic pinball machines.

Our approach
At Pinball Custom, every creation is made to order, with special attention to detail.
Our 3D pieces are fully designed, 3D printed, and hand-painted in our workshop. From modeling to finishing, every step requires time, precision, and a strong commitment to quality.
For 2D elements, we collaborate with specialized printing partners to ensure a high-quality result, faithful to the visuals we create.
Our process is simple: everything is made to order.
- We do not produce in bulk
- We do not carry stock
- Each piece is made specifically for you
This also means that production times may vary. As a small two-person team, lead times can increase depending on the current volume of orders.
We always do our best to produce each piece as quickly as possible, without ever compromising on quality.
Our margins are deliberately fair, reflecting the time and craftsmanship invested in every creation. This is why we do not offer significant discounts.
Promotions remain occasional and limited (up to 10% maximum). There is no need to wait or request additional discounts 🙂
A “Promotions” section is available for certain pieces with minor imperfections — this is our only exception.
We choose to prioritize quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship over mass production.
